Born and raised in Ajax, Joshua has always called the Durham Region home. In 2008 he graduated with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology and went on to work as a designer, site inspector, and contract administrator over 4 years.
In 2012 Joshua decided to start his real estate career. With his expertise and thorough knowledge of the Durham Region, it’s no surprise that he was named Executive Club member and Top Producer in his Ajax office in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Marion was born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She moved here with her family several years ago. She was a project manager in the construction industry for ten years. After this she was presented a job with a major Insurance Company, so she decided to go back to school to obtain her Property and Casualty Insurance License. After several years of success in the Insurance Business, Marion discovered her love of homes and the Real Estate Market. It was not long after this realization that she decided to obtain her Real Estate License and make a new career move. Marion takes pride in finding even the pickiest buyer, the perfect home. Lisa has called Whitby home since 1993. At a very young age Lisa developed a natural passion for houses and décor, this passion motivated her to obtain her real estate license in the late 80`s. Lisa eventually traded in her license to start her administrative career and start a family.
Lisa has over twenty years of sales experience coupled with administrative and coordination experience. When her third and last child was born, Lisa decided to stay home and raise her family, but she never lost her passion for finding and creating a home. During Lisa`s time as a stay-at-home mom, she completed her decorating course and became a certified interior decorator.
